A moving night of music

February 22, 2007 at 10:39 pm (Musicians)

Paisley Beebe:  this woman opened with Gershwin and I knew immediately I’d love her music.  She and her husband put on a very personal show tonight at Nantucket.  Thanks to Martha Cookie for the heads-up about her.  Please visit Paisley’s MySpace page and read about her RL career in Australia.  I was so blessed to have heard her and her husband play tonight.

Heath Elvehjem:  WOW! Heath plays the way I always wanted to play as a pianist growing up.  His arrangements are superb! Again…he played Gershwin…you can’t go wrong there…and some Vince Guaraldi…but his originals are what really caught my attention. Please pop by his MySpace page and read about him and order his CDs.

CBS Footage?

February 19, 2007 at 10:41 am (Musings)

Hey there..when I logged in to Second Life yesterday I was met with a number of messages from friends about my avatar and voice being on CBS Sunday Morning.  I do not have any footage of this and am looking for how to get a copy of the segment.  Could someone out there please help me? I understand that its only a few seconds, but still…a few seconds is a few seconds…right?

Thanks so much, in advance, for your assistance.
